The Farmington Artists Circle is proud to host its first Exhibit - Wonderland, at the Farmington Main Library on Monteith Drive from November 15 - December 18. A reception with refreshments will be held on Saturday November 22 from 2:30 - 4:30pm in the Community Room. The reception is free and the public is welcome! 

 

There will also be a poetry workshop led by Poet Laureate of Old Saybrook on Saturday, December 6, 1:00- 3:30pm. Sandra Yannone will present approaches to writing poetry inspired by art. Participants will interact with the Wonderland exhibit to draw inspiration and draft their own poetry. The workshop will conclude with participants sharing and reflecting on the experience of creating wonderlands with words. No poetry writing experience necessary.
